Anyone had any experience? I'm looking forward to being able to have a cable box on my back patio for away LSU games.

Is there a problem with lag/ decreased picture quality/ etc.??

We actually use the Wireless on our main TV in the living room (didn't want to punch a hole in the wall and run new wiring). Works very very well. The remote has a lag to it, but as far as picture quality, no issues whatsoever.

I am not really sure if the remote issue is due to the wireless receiver or not though. Just that when we are fast forwarding, we have to sometimes press "play" a couple times, and then end up rewinding.

Do you ever move your wireless box to another room? How close is it to the main gateway?

I had a wireless U-Verse box in my bedroom at my last apartment. For the most part it worked well but it would sometimes randomly reset in the middle of a show/game/movie which was annoying. Other than that it's much better than the wireless DirecTv box I have at my current place. That thing focking sucks.

have had the service in my 2br apartment for about a month and have had 0 issues with it - no lag or signal degradation at all.

very satisfied over what I had through Charter.

before i moved i had it in my bedroom with the main hub in the living room. Every now and then i would move the wireless outside on my patio and still had no issues with it. It was pretty solid.

Have not moved it, but the gateway is in a back bedroom down the hall (maybe 30 feet away).

My brother in law has a wireless DVR box on his patio and it is actually ahead of the traditional wired one in the living room. No clue how that works. I'm going with aliens though.
