Claudio Sanchez's acoustic version of Coheed and Cambria's the Light and the Glass is like chocolate frosted titties.

Needle and the damage Done performed at Crossroads 2013 a few weeks ago by Gregg Allman, Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks. It felt like I could understand the damage that the needle did to Gregg by the way he sang. On phone so no link and there isn't a great audio/ video out there yet. But it was awesome.

Even better than the acoustic version of Midnite Rider that they followed it up with. might have been my favorite part of the show.

Aaron Lewis kills it on most of his covers!

Staind does a pretty good version of Sober acoustic as well.
