The "Chinese Bandits" comic strip -- have you ever seen it?

Of course, one of the greatest legends in Tiger football history is the story of the Chinese Bandits. Paul Dietzel named the squad after a Terry and the Pirates comic strip quote where a character claimed that Chinese Bandits were "the most vicious people on Earth."
Has anyone on the board ever seen the comic with the quote? Is it on display anywhere in the LSU HOF (which I can't get to very often)? Anyone a Milt Canniff fan that has it at home?
I am interested in seeing the origins of the legend.

There are a lot of scans of Terry and the Pirates strips online, but I don't know which one has the referenced quote. Johnny Quest basically ripped off the TaTP premise, BTW, even to the extent of having a Dragon Lady who was Race Bannon's love interest.

I looked at the link and Terry certainly looks like he could be Steve Canyon's long lost twin brother....
