Smoke on Cherry St does an in-house cut, 12 or 16 oz, on Wed night.
All other nights, they have a selection of tenderloins, ribeyes, or strips that they grill on a pecan fired grill.
Great cuts.
They also have some sort of random butcher's block every night.
ETA: just got back from their cigar lounge.
Stuffed, drunk, and satisfied.

I've been to Smoke's before and really don't think it is anything special. Limited options though in Tulsa.
