Rtts question involving announcers

I play a rtts as a pitcher. How come the announcers never talk? You can somewhat hear them very low between innings and after the game, but that's it. I looked for the announcer volume to turn up, but it's all the way. Does it do this for anyone else? Or anyone know how to fix this?

Apparently they took them out this year.
