How far off is this trade?
Send: Sale, AGon and Melky
Receive: Ellsbury and Goldschmidt
I need SBs and he needs pitching help. Sale would automatically be his best pitcher after this trade.

Given that you need SB's and he needs pitching, it's fairly even, imo.
Melky is pretty much irrelevant in this deal, imo.
