Does being named 24th best coach by sporting news bother Les?

If I were Les, I would have a little extra 'want' this season. This is going to be a bid "retool" year. What are your thoughts? Beat Bama!

He will show them by calling the plays

Figured I'd get it out the way since it was coming

It wouldn't bother me if I were him. I don't let patently ridiculous things that are said about me get to me.

Coach Miles doesn't care what the chatter crowd thinks, be it a magazine, blogosphere or call-in shows.

Les Miles has 4.3 million reasons why not to care what others think.

Running 3rd and 4 FB dives against 11 man fronts with the game on the line should bother Les along with that useless Ware Wildcat

Despite a good record, he underachieved with the talent he had and should have won another NC. He lost his team in New Orleans and never got them back and the result was a mass defection last year.

It is all on Miles...period.

Now that these players have been drafted, we will begin to know more but Les lost his team and these Juniors. Somewhere along the line, these players ceased to believe CLM could lead them to a Championship...

We will find out how good he is this year and next....I think he will be better because his assistant coaches are better.

I htink the Stud promotion will ring up as the all time LSU bonehead coaching move.

I can only assume you never heard of Lou Tepper.

I agree with this. Not sure about Coach Raymond but Cooper's shoes are awfully big to fill.

I wouldn't care if I were in his position, he's coaching a team that has a chance every single year to win a national championship. Who gives a shite what the pundits say

Wow, if last year was a major defection, I would love to see a minor defection. Did they believe up until the last 1 minute and 30 seconds of the Alabama game, because that was how close they came to winning another national championship last year.

Obviously, you've only been a Tiger fan for a very short period of time.

Will it really piss you off if Miles wins this year? If you need help jumping off the ledge, just give me a holler and I'll give you a little push. You are standing so far out on the ledge, that it wouldn't take much for you to fall.

And how big of a feather in Les's cap will there be if Cam finally gets this offense rolling? It could change everyone's idea about old Les.

Yes! Lou Tepper was the worst coordinator in LSU history.

If Carl Reese were the DC in '98, we'd be looking at an SEC West Championship, at the very least.
