Carson, Sammich, RAT Wannabee, Kengel2, and a lot of others contributed to the assembling of these. Thanks for your patience and contributions. I had a lot of questions and received great advice and information on how to assemble these.

I know that I am on the grid. I just have a belief that I will not be the first house checked. So, I will have ample time to "person to person" sell these rifles before the Feds knock on my door. I also do not think Texas will be the state the Feds attempt to implement the seizures in.

www.RGuns.net has the complete uppers. Those 2 are 16" super bull stainless with Long Quad Rails. The other is a standard mid-length rail. All are mid-length gas tube.

I wanted SS for all the barrels. I like the 16" barrel length. I wanted the quad rails.
There was no such thing as 300AC ammo or barrels, so I decided to go 5.56 with all of them. These have all been ordered for 4 months. I did not know which way the Congress was going either.
I also have this jewel:
It is a RRA. I have about 5 more lowers I am working on right now, so I have options available. I just don't want to get pinned down on a 300 platform with no ammo.

I still have a 5.56 but I have all but forgotten about it. I have not even attempted to buy any ammo for it lately. Actually, I bought 1400 rounds and gave it (he repaid me) to my FIL.
I keep hearing promising things from Remington, Wolf, and Winchester (I think) about bulk 300 ammo coming.

I think I am headed into SBR territory next. It will be in 5.56 and 300.
I would love to see 2,000 rounds of 300 pop up...and me purchase them. Then I would commit to two 300 uppers immediately. And of course get the cans for them.
I don't have the time, patience, or will power to stay on gun bot or the half dozen websites waiting to pounce on deals for ammo. I am happy with these and they shot really well today at the range.
