It's an 800 private lake. Anybody have property there and fish it? I own a second home there and several lots and have never tried it. I'm paying $900 HOA fees so I might as well go catch some of their fish.

For Bass: Fish the dam. Rubber worms. I caught some really nice Bass doing this.
Some people used to feed Bream off the piers and destroy it. I haven't been out there in a Loooooong time.

My parents have a summer house there. My dad tears up the bass, but rarely ever fishes the damn. Worth the structures in the fishing only section of the lake under the bridge with a worm.
