It'd be great if Miami were interested in Ivory

We could trade Ivory in a swap of #15 for #12. In doing so, we give up no draft picks, gain 3rd round value for the swap, Send a frick you to Jets and Carolina hopping over them. We must not do so till draft day if certain scenarios present themselves for both teams therefore Jets won't know we're making a move till too late so it won't affect who they take at #9. Yee Yee And Dolphins take Ivory away from division competitor. Totally sways 2nd place in division with the Release the Dreaded Kracken.

That would be tough to all pull off on draft day.

Believe in the Loomis! Maybe acquire the 12th pick this week to work something out with San Fran the night before or the day of the draft.

The only thing is, I think miami will do it only if there's a player or two they are targeting gone already. Say Cooper or Warmack are off the board already or something to that effect and they go to plan B TE/WR route or something.

Miami loves they're sub-par running backs too much.

Yeah I hear you on that. I know San Fran does want to trade to the 12th or 13th spot. Maybe we can get lucky with a trade with them and still get the 4th or 5th rounder from the Jets. Think that would put us in a great position with this deep draft.

Not too familiar with their roster but do they have a bruising back type guy on roster? Could help them on offense with ball control and time of possession with young qb.

I'd rather move up to 12 and just take the player I want then move back and acquire more marginal talent.
That is not to say I'm against moving down. I'm just saying if we move to 12, why move back? Just take the better talent at that point.

Yeah, I just keep hearing this draft is deep. I do think we addressed some issues with free agency so if we could get one of the elite LTs or someone like Star or Richardson, I am all for it!

They are hoping Daniel Thomas turns into a bruising back. He hasn't been consistent so far.

Thought DT was hoping to be more there every down type back but it appears dolphins could definitely use some bodies in the rb corps. Especially the type of ivory.
