MLB 2K12 Clutch Moment Glitch

Almost everytime I have a clutch moment in My Player it never lets me play it, it just shows my player standing in the batter's box. Anybody else have these problems? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Seriously, my clutch rating was awful, I'd get up there and ground out 8/10 times.
