I've been out several times this spring and the wind has really made fishing difficult. Since no one is harassing the fish, they should be big and fat once the wind stops.

I keep hearing Lake Ponchy is full of fat specks right now. I've been invited twice and haven't been able to go. A guy at work that is a lake rat from Lacombe caught several specks over 24" two weeks ago.

Did pretty good at Delacroix 2 weeks ago.....Wind was probably 10-15, but we finished with 18 specks and 7 reds ( and a bunch of throwbacks of each)
