About Xbox Live..........HELP

I when I test my connection to a wired connection it Works. Thenwhen I sign in It says test connection. The process repeats itself. Plus I tried for every profile. HELP.....

Well, I'm pretty pissed about this. This isn't routine maintenance (or else it wouldn't be down on Saturday in the middle of the afternoon). Not sure why I pay for this.

Apparently some of the features are down , but you can at least log in now.
