Where do I go to turn in CC Application in Baton rouge?

My teacher said the Louisiana State Police office. Is the main office for LSP the same office as Troop A in BR?

Not the same. It is the headquarters over off of Florida around Goodwood

What is the best time to go? I work 8-5 Mon-Fri, so I'm going to have to cancel some patients in order to turn my stuff in. Would lunch time be good? I already have all of my stuff in order, except prints

I don't think so. Pretty sure you have to use a money order, and it must be separate from the $125

No cash, it has to be a separate money order. I thought it was more than $10, but someone else can correct me. But they require the separate money order, they sent the guy in front of me away without one.
