Right quad soreness. That's no good.

I'd have to know an asking price. We may have two different ideas on what he's worth.

Where are you looking for help? Looks like you need closers and I have excess.

I guess I'm looking for an old and decrypted first baseman back in return and a young guy with some upside.

Hart and Arenado?

I don't have much in the way of either of those demands.

I know you said you weren't terribly interested in Hart, so I'm not sure how to fill your needs.

I hate A LOT riding on Hosmer.

Own him in 3 keepers

how are you not frustrated watching him hit the ball on the ground every time he's up?

I just lost it. After watching the same shite in the WBC and last year. I couldn't take it.

And I'm sure today he will begin his turnaround.

ETA: 6. Nolan Arenado, 3B, Colorado Rockies (Last week's rank: 8)

Season totals: .476/.542/.952, 2 HR, 6 RBIs, 0 SB in six games at Triple-A Colorado Springs.

His line drive %s are actually way up this year, which makes him hard to figure out. He says he's made a conscious effort to try to get the ball off of the ground but it's resulting in more line drives and grounders than fly balls.

The minute he learns how to cope with the shift is the minute he takes a big step forward. He tries to place the ball too much instead of just swinging.

Objectively, it's all blind belief based off how hard he can hit the ball and minor league numbers. We will see if he can ever put it together.

Up to 30% from 18.5% his first two seasons.

I'm just done. He's one of my favorite players, so I hope he does turn it around. Just not at an astronomical level.
