Take a cab and have them drop you off as close as they can get. Then walk the rest of the way in.

Could get downtown one way or another and take the Canal streetcar. It'll drop you a few blocks from the Fairgrounds.

There is usually a shuttle that runs but not sure from where. You would have to drive to there at least. Just can it to Liuzza's by the track

I think the shuttle costs $18.
Canal streetcar is only about $1.50, and a more fun/interesting ride.
