Some actors maintain their look as they age. Yeah, they get a few more wrinkles and lines on their face, but they look like an older version of themselves; however, there are some actors whose, for some reason, bear little resemblance to their younger selves. For examples, Pitt, Clooney, Connery, Redford, Costner, Denzel Washington all aged really well.

On the other hand...

Pacino, Alec Baldwin, and even Mel Gibson look drastically different than they did in their 20s. You guys got any other ones?

Still shots don't really do the transformation justice, but Pacino is the one that stands out to me. He went from a good-looking guy to a hunchback troll seemingly overnight.

I mentioned normal aging. I'm talking about a change that goes beyond normal aging. These guys weren't AARP members when they began to look totally different. Now, with Baldwin, it's obviously due to weight gain -- and a lot of it, but Gibson and Pacino just aged badly. Rourke owes his own change in appearance to bad plastic surgery.

Orson Welles went from being good looking enough to bang Rita Hayworth to morbidly obese, old weirdo

That's a good one Fox. Val just said, "frick it," one day and hit the buffet.

It's hard to square Top Gun Kilmer and Kilmer now. shite, even Kilmer of 10 years ago or so and now.
