Has anyone been to this restaurant on Perkins between Bluebonnet and Essen (next to Southside Produce)? If so, how was it?

It's not open yet.....I know the owner and chef.
They are going to have a fancy menu........should be good if they can execute the menu and have decent service.

Ok, thanks for the info. I had read somewhere that they would open early March. Do you know what the new timeframe is?

Saw the chef today and he said first of may.
There construction process has been a nightmare because they tried to manage the construction themselves and had a terrible contractor.
One menu item will be a whole 8-10lbs suckling pig......poached in duck fat and finished on the oven. Sounds interesting. It's for a table of several ppl.
