I kept waiting for the first person to bring up the "Bob is infected and TAINTED MEAT and it will infect Gareth and them" and it didn't take long.
NO ONE who hasn't read The Hunter's story arc would come up with "tainted meat" without knowledge of how that goes down.

I am wondering if the signs carved on the trees are hobo signs? I mean they are shown from the perspective of coming from the railroads.

did someone suggest it in the non reader thread?
it looks like they are getting back on track with the comics. will the hunter massacre be next week or will they drag it out over a couple episodes? it happened pretty quick in the comics.
im curious what will pan out in the carol/darryl/beth story arch since that deals with characters that are all dead/don't exist in the comics.

I don't think it is too big of a stretch to come to the conclusion of tainted meat on your own. He was very clearly bitten and they were very clearly eating him...

but did anyone actually use the words "tainted meat"?
i thought it was pretty obvious (although i knew) that he was bitten when he went out and cried.
they tried to mask it by the game they were playing earlier in the episode though, i guess. the "find the good in the bad" game they played. Bob outside crying could have been their way of trying to show how he lets his anger and fear out in private so he can stay strong and positive in front of the group, when in reality it is because he was bitten.

I hope bob got bit while underwater and that's why he was outside crying that way he is infected and gareath and company is eating tainted meat.
LSUBrad clearly has too much Bama in him.

The markings Morgan is following look like "good place for a handout" in that chart.
The straight line, like the one outside Father Gabriel's church would be "doubtful."
I suppose a church would have been a good place for a handout before the event, but not after.

Was just reading some of the stuff from page 1 of this thread.

Several cars with crosses at a fenced off facility, perhaps a health clinic or psychiatric hospital.
Interdasting.

This is what I posted in the other thread but took out the last sentence due to the spoiler aspect.

Okay. The biblical parallels and references are ridiculous. We have Abraham who is wanting to lead the group to DC. The church is named "St. Sarah's." The book with the handwritten notes in it deals with Genesis. We know that a new character, named "Noah" comes in later on.

Yep.
As I started to piece some of this together, I also had to consider Gabriel. Those of you familiar with the old and new testaments as well as subsequent stories, such as Paradise Lost, know that Gabriel's role is pretty clear. Not only is he a messenger of God's, but his messages typically have to do with either conception, death, or both. The bible verses posted all of the church and in the hand written booklet all have to do with dead rising, baptism, floods, and the Eucharist. In some biblical stories, Gabriel blows a trumpet just before the dead arise. This is also a common theme in black gospel music.
Gabriel also makes appearances just before women find out that they are pregnant with important figures.
Now, I just have to give some thought to Judith.

quote:
The Book of Judith has a tragic setting that appealed to Jewish patriots and it warned of the urgency of adhering to Mosaic law, generally speaking, but what accounted for its enduring appeal was the drama of its narrative. The story revolves around Judith, a daring and beautiful widow, who is upset with her Jewish countrymen for not trusting God to deliver them from their foreign conquerors. She goes with her loyal maid to the camp of the enemy general, Holofernes, with whom she slowly ingratiates herself, promising him information on the Israelites. Gaining his trust, she is allowed access to his tent one night as he lies in a drunken stupor. She decapitates him, then takes his head back to her fearful countrymen. The Assyrians, having lost their leader, disperse, and Israel is saved. Though she is courted by many, Judith remains unmarried for the rest of her life.
Whoa. Is Holofernes Negan?

I can see nonreaders thinking Bob might be infected and it's impact on the hunters.
But a tainted meat comment screams spoiler

In The Talkin Dead afterwards, they show a trailer where it is mentioned that "3 of us have disappeared now"; Bob obviously being 1. Any thoughts as to who mite bite the next bullet (NO spoilers, just guesses)?
