That keseys farm show was always one of my favorite tapes i had early on. Bird song is so sick. Plus dark star--->el paso? Crazy.

Bruce and branford playing with the dead always really pushed jerry. His voice is shot on the above show, but he kills eyes. Plus i LOVE eyes with a horn, especially branford.

Set 2 is just amazing thanks for posting that NYE show. Been jumping around the Dick's Picks lately and I'm listening to number 6. 1983.10.14
Really love the Hell in a Bucket>Day Job>Scarlet Begonias>Fire on the Mountain, Estimated Prophet>Eyes of the World> on this night. Solid setlist.

i think my favorite part of that set is around the 39 minute mark, jerry switches the MIDI on his gutair to a horn and him and branford trade licks.

Watched this show last night. The first set was so much fun. Great shakedown, red rooster cover, althea, rain and deal. The flying karamazov brothers were cool to watch. Puts into perspective how much fun those shows were. Wharf Rat is one my my favorite dead songs and to see it played with Pete Townshend was really awesome.
