LINK
My brother got me this a few years ago. It says $109.99, but he paid.$89.99 for it. It's a solid combo. It's caught many a redfish, trout, and flounder with no issues ever.
It's smooth as hell. IMO its a great buy.

Go to Cabella's and get their $90.00 combo...it's a Shimano Sedona spincaster mounted on a Cabellas Tourney Trail IM7 rod, put some good braid on it and enjoy. I absolutely love mine...it was listed at $109 I think, went to check out and it was 89.99, so I bought a warranty on the rod for an extra $10...really good deal.
ETA: LINK Not sure if they still have it, worth checking though.

You can still buy the older model Shimano Sahara's for $40 ( Cabelas has the 2500) I have 3 of the 2500's and have had no issues with Reds(up to 32" so far), specks or flounder on it; great little reels.
You could then pair that with an All Star rod and be good to go.
