I liked the film when I first saw it, but IMO Soderbergh "over-attempted" the style he sought to portray. The music was good, but the editing and sound was a little bit too "under-engineered" for my taste. I know it was a style decision, but the muted sound effects during fights really took away some of the explosiveness. I will say upon second viewing Gina Carano comes off a little less wooden and a little more in control- and she is a bad arse. The first takedown while running at the guy in the hallway by the freezer was awesome. I liked Fassbender in it, but of course Channing Tatum was reliably uninteresting like always. Good cast if not maximized, but definitely a better film the second time around.

I enjoyed it. I thought she did ok for her first lead role.

Seemed to go long for me but Gina did a surprising good job and liked it. A supposed pro actress than fighter like Halley Berry would have made it shite and wouldn't have rented it anyway.

If a girl ever kicked my arse, let it be her. She turns me on. RR has got nice thighs and arse too.

It won't be getting a second viewing by me. It was pretty bad IMO.
