I'm working and was on the property of a winery when all of a sudden there are turkeys everywhere. Last week there were about 2k goats eating chopped up roots etc.

I got a phone call from a friend in Oregon last week telling me that Northern Cali's wine region is ate up with turkeys and that the State is issuing depredation permits to vineyard owners.

Interesting. My contact just told me they're here all the time. Was telling me they saw a bobcat try to get some but to no avail. Ha.
