Borderlands 2: New character/level cap raise

New level cap will be 61, and Krieg the Psycho will be the game's sixth playable class. A system update will include a third playthrough.

So I bought the season pass already but I don't get access to Krieg? Now that's some bullshite.
If I had known the season pass did not entitle me to every DLC release for this game than I would have saved my $29.99.
