Scott(DD)Long's latest video: LINK

I almost ran through my living room wall when I watched the latest videos this morning.

We are luck to have the coaches that CLM has put together on this staff.

Chief can fire up charcoal with water. He is just that fiery.

Here is the

Gordon is huge! He looks kind of out of place running routes.

Tahj looks a little more filled out, which is a good thing.

Shouldn't surprise you, JLee ran the option from time to time.

Are you trying to say that Miles should have put JLee in against bama? (We haven't had one of these conversations in a while)

I'm just saying that some aspects from the previous offensive philosophy will still stick around unfortunately.

This is college chief, every team runs the option from time to time.

Also this is practice.

I loved the fact that Miles was coaching the OL and that Stud was essentially acting like a grad assistant just starting the drills. We need some type of shake up on the OL coaching. I think they can be dominate this year.

If everyone was really honest, there's not a school in the country outside Tuscaloosa that wouldn't kill to have our coaching staff.

I've got a strong feeling that the country will look back and say that this staff, specifically head coach and the two coordinators, is one of the greatest ever.

Les Miles = record speaks for itself
Chief = history proves he is one of the best DC
Cameron = Great record in the NFL, comes back to college to help his buddy crush the tide

Was the first team OL:
Collins
Austin
Wiliford
Turner
Hawkins

That many injured or sitting out or were they trying some new guys on the first line.

Things are certainly different. Outside of the Big Cat, I don't recognize the drills. Some of the stuff the kids are doing is very creative and points to a major shift in how we use the field. I particularly like how most of the drills serve multiple purposes and in some cases involve 2-3 times more skill players at a time.
I like.
