| A tale of two speeches. (Posted on 3/20/13 at 10:49 am)
JFKs' inaugural speech and MLKs' "I have a Dream" speech at the national mall. Both of them cried out for people to re-examine what they carried for baggage within thier souls each and every day they drew a breath of fresh air as they awoke. How deep into the garbage bin do they presently reside in today?

To me, Malcolm X's Ballot or Bullet is the best speech. Very conservative in nature.

These days are long forgotten Ive got to say that before the election I swore Obama was going to pull a Carter and lose. Remember their speeches were truly nearly identical?

When Malcolm walked away from Elijah Muhammed, he I think he knew he was signing the dotted line for his death. The Haj to Saudi Arabia he made had a very profound on his thoughts than a whole hosts of people realize today.

Can you imagine what all the leeches think when they read "Ask not what your country can do for you." I guarantee you they think Mitt Romney said that.

This country has changed in the past 35 years to accept mediocrity. Obama is merely the symptom of it.

The population has fully accepted the role of government as provider and protector, and the moral arbitrator. The nation has been blinded by faux issues such as racism, sexism, homophobia, abortion, etc....while the meat of what government should do has gone unnoticed until its too late.

Very well said. Unfortunately the government has gotten neck deep into legislating "racism, sexism, homophobia, abortion" and it has completely lost its bearings.
