Sorry if Germans. I'm fine with it, except for PSU in with OSU and Michigan. They are going to need to flip PSU over one day and remove the geographical alignment.

"East" division

Maryland
Michigan
Michigan State
Ohio State
Penn State
Rutgers
Purdue or Indiana

"West" division

Illinois
Iowa
Minnesota
Nebraska
Northwestern
Wisconsin
Purdue or Indiana

Good that all 3 (MSU,OSU,UM) would be in the same division. I wasn't a fan of the UM/OSU as cross division rivals, given the rivalry.

said a little while ago that the only way he is going to see MSU in the Rose Bowl with his Dad is if he takes his urn.

if they were in separate divisions would they still play each other every year?

Yes, they were going to lock in OSU and Michigan as a cross division rivalry, which both schools thought was stupid if they were going to ever have to play a week later. I would rather be in the same division. The east will be like the B12 south was the last 10 years.

Yes, it'd be "cross-division" permanent game. They've had it the last 2 seasons since UM/OSU were seperated.

damn, I kinda wish I'd heard that one live . I haven't heard him in a while, and that's when I get back home.

ETA: if they do go this route (which I hope they do, it makes way more since name-wise and geographically.) I will miss having NEB in the same division, enjoyed their fans and kinda wish to head to Lincoln for a game.
