Not the historical person but the characters from movies The Other Boleyn Girl (2008) & Anonymous (2011).
I know Mark Rylance's character made whores of both his daughters but Edward Hogg's character made my skin crawl.
AND...
He looks like he could be The Princess Bride's Count Tyrone Rugen's younger brother.
