It makes no sense for this team to play tight like they did for a long portion in the 2nd half of this game. They are hanging on too tight, and they have nothing to hang on to. There is nothing to be afraid of losing. They literally have nothing to lose.

They need to let it all hang out and let some of these other teams playing for seeds or tournament spots deal with the pressure. Instead, they are grinding it out trying to hang on to a lead in a meaningless game. Seeing all of our players looking at the clock at dead balls with 3 mins left is a sign of a team whose approach doesn't match its position.

In most people's mind, a loss today would still have been a productive season for this program. Add in the incoming talent, and people will be a lot more excited heading into next year. So, turn up the energy, play a little bit quicker than you normally do, and see how it turns out.

They intentionally let UGA back into the game.

It's called fricking sportsmanship. Try it.

Missouri at home, Vandy, Arkansas, and this game all had the same theme.

Run out to a big lead, and then just barely hold on by the skin of your teeth.

On the positive, we have made our share of comebacks.

I don't think they played tight. Free throws are contagious. They were missing free throws even when we were on runs.

Think each team took a huge haymaker from other and we won it. Think majority people knew it was gonna be close as in bball its very doable to make 20 point come backs
We have done it on road and home . Some we finished some we didn't.

We have let teams back in out multiple times it was freaky how similar Arkansas game was.

2nd half was coaching. Pope is very good, but he only goes to his left. We never forced him right or ran doubled teams at him. JJ needs to hire another XO guy b/c that is not his strength. His lack of use of timeouts and substitution patterns are a mystery.

team played above their heads in the first half.

johnny is getting everything he can out of these guys.

at a certain point though they are gonna come back down to earth. that's what we saw in the 2nd half.

UGA offensive rebounds and LSU missed free throws are what let UGA back in the game.

I think it's more about just playing smart. With a big or even decent leads you should try to consistently get the ball inside and draw fouls if you can! Taking threes and long twos shouldn't happen with large or semi large leads!

Our 3 best players struggled offensively.
JOB simply had a poor shooting night. What was he 6-17 from the line. I can shoot better than that off hand.
Mouche and Hickey simply didn't take many shots.

Coleman and Stringer were the story. Coleman was lights out. And that Stringer 3 saved the game. He misses that, I think we lose.

Live to play another game. Bring on the gaytors.

The team that wins 99% of the time controls the tempo of the game.

An up-tempo game favors the Tigers
A half court game favors Georgia.

First half, we kept it up tempo.

Second half, we let them dictate the tempo and it played to our disadvantage.

Dude we just ended a team's season, and a team with the SEC POY for that matter. Give the guys a break.

We'll be loose tomorrow like you're wanting.

We won and are 19-11, 9-9 when most people figured us to crash and burn.

Enjoy the victory and leave the team alone.
