I keep hearing this mantra," we'll if it doesn't affect me directly, I don't care what they do". How can one not realize that we are a sum of all the parts and the things done in a society either strengthens it, or tears it down little by little. " A little leaven, leavens the whole lump".
There are people on hear that are so consumed by P.C. or so called tolerance that they refuse to define anything as abnormal, choosing rather to consent to all manner of perversion instead of taking a stand on anything. Why is it so difficult to say something is wrong? Is it modern education that's responsible for breeding a generation of wimps? Is it the failure or organized religion that so few attain to be morally above average? How can a society continue to prosper if there is no standards or common acceptance of what is good and what is bad?

God created man with free will. I don't see how we think we have a right to impose something God himself didn't see fit to impose.

There is a difference between caring and legislating. I think living on a diet of Cheetos and Mountain Dew is bad. I don't think it should be illegal.

If it's that weird they will die off (if the government doesn't keep proping them up) and natural selection will take care of it.

You really don't get it. Like others have said you don't have to agree with someone's lifestyle to think it shouldn't be illegal. I don't think people should be alcoholics yet alcohol is still legal.

I define plenty as abnormal. I simply don't believe in stopping people from being abnormal as long as they aren't harming others. It's called FREEDOM and I love it.

One can have standards and not make violations of those standards ILLEGAL or penalyze them via the law and govt.
Again. THIS is a primary failure of both liberals and conservatives. The belief that they should use govt to IMPOSE upon people's freedoms.
You are TOTALLY free to argue for, and try and persuade people to not partake in certain behaviors. I would encourage anyone to do so.

LOL. One of the most common errors in writing.
I'd say fewer than 10% of the people actually know the difference. Even those that use them correctly, probably aren't certain why each one is used in a given circumstance.

I never mentioned anything about making certain activities illegal. I said people are afraid of saying something is right or wrong.
