Deadpool is one of the most powerful superhumans ever conceived. He's Wolverine with the added benefit of being crazy and immortal. You can't read his moves in a fight because he doesn't even know what the hell he's going to do. The only thing he can't do is fly and lift a tank above his head. He's still got far above human physical attributes and Batman would die by Deadpool's hands even if Deadpool didn't heal immediately and could actually die.

He has a super advanced healing factor but just like Wolverine if you trap him in a tank full of water he drowns. If he can't get out of the tank to heal he stays dead. I know this is a crazy scenario but it's exactly what Batman would come up with.
