Breaking Bad Season 4

Excuse my newbness, I know I'm late to the party, but I just finshed seasons 1-4 in a little over a week, even staying up all night last night until now to finish season 4 and all I can say is 
And I thought TWD was the best show on AMC...psh
questions before I start season 5:
Is Ted dead?
Did Walt poision Brock to frame Gus and therefore, turning Jesse against him (Gus)?
How good is Season 5?
No spoilers for season 5 pls

I really don't get the love for TWD on here. It's entertaining and all, but for my money there are at least 5 shows currently airing that WAY superior.

It's one of the most frustrating shows on television. I've never seen a show with so much material/potential continually shite all over the audience while the audience keeps coming back for more.
I wish they'd reboot this show using the original writers from Jericho.

I just watched all of BB till season 4 and pretty new to netflix. How long does it usually take them to put the new season up? Im dying to see season 5, and I might just end up renting it on Prime.
