Need the Farkers' help to solve a theft

The place I work was broken into and the thieves stole a 4wheeler, dirt bike, utility trailer and several power tools. Surveillance managed to pick these pics up. We couldn't get a plate, but we're trying to see the driver to see whether or not it is a former employee.
If any of you could brighten/touch up the photos, it would be greatly appreciated.

I played around with some of the controls and then blacked out the area around the face to make it show up better in isolation. The experienced farkers who have done this type of stuff before can likely help you out better.

You can see something that looks like maybe the passenger. Those are really bad images, though. There's not much to work with.

I was able to zoom in on and clean up the license plate in the second pic.
It looks like a personalized Louisiana plate.

@ Carson, that sucks dude. Hopefully they get caught. My cameras caught the fricksticks who robbed my neighbors house last month. Found the douches living at some apartments right down the road from me. The footage of the truck should be plenty to go on without a face.

Sucks for ya Carson. Photoshop doesn't exactly do what you're needing. You're needing a higher resolution image to identify facial features out of a blurry blob, PS can't really do that.
If I were you, I'd put up posters everywhere in a 3-4 mile radius with those photos on there. Offer a reward of a couple grand for info leading to the recovery of the items, or conviction. Someone knows that truck and who drives it, bank on that.
