Sweetbreads are my favorite
Really like their gumbo, it's a little different
Oyster salad is really good.
Not sure if they still have it but the app with a scallop and pork belly is great.

The pork belly app is awesome.
Wife and I thought about going someplace fancier for our anniversary, but you can't beat their food and service. We love it.

Wear slacks and a button down or polo and you're good. I guess if you're a dude with trendy/pricey jeans you might be able to pull them off but I wouldn't go that route. It's similar to just about every other nice uptown restaurant outside of Commanders.
