I would love for the Niners to sign him and have Harbaugh take him under his wing. Can you imagine how ticked off the Raiders would be if we could make something out of him. Al Davis would turn over in his grave.

Still too stupid to play the game at that level.

If the guy can get back into football shape, it's not a matter of IF a team or two will look at him...it's a matter of how many. The guy has more god given talent than 60% of the starting QB's in the NFL right now. If he really can get back under 280ish lbs, get his footwork back, and show that he is motivated, he will 100% land on at least a practice squad next year. Anyone who doesn't think that is absolutely retarded

RP is still hanging around the league.

at comparing Lee to JR and at saying Lee played decent. His last game he was 4/13 for 26 yards

They did more to earn their wages than did JR.

Your record of supporting JR has been impressive.
Your predictions of JR'S success have been dismal.

what has been Lee's contribution to the NFL?

Lee couldn't even beat out an arena league QB (which I agree was bullshite)

He is a massive individual and can certainly fling a football. Got to have the team round him tho and an offense he is comfortable with. Good luck JM!

He doesn't need to lose all of it really. Just cut down to a little and you could get another big Ben. JR is just gonna have to want it.

absolutely not....cam has enough work dealing with lsu's offense as is. we dont need to put anything extra on his plate
Neither does JaMarcus need anything extra on his plate. Literally.

I have absolutely no compassion for a number one NFL draft pick that bombed out as completely as he did. Could care less if he played at LSU. What a waste!

Meh. As a fan of LSU, I'd like to see everyone, including Jefferson in the league if it meant more tigers in the NFL.

If he doesn't care, why should an LSU Fan? He has been blessed with more natural ability than any former LSU quarterback. Meaning he has to work less than most to attain the same goal. If he was not willing to invest the time, why all the crying and finger pointing.
What fans wish or expect has nothing to do with his success. Its on JR.
Bowe left at the same time as JR. He just worked his self into a new 56 million dollar contract. Jr slept his self out of the league.

Just to play devil's advocate for everyone saying how fat he is. . . Who ever said a QB has to be athletic?
