I just moved to a new house. I have Comcast here, and my 360 recognizes my network, but when I enter my WPA2, it runs the test and fails. Yes, I entered the password right.

Any advice? I tried unplugging the modem and plugging it back in.

Thanks in advance.

....formerly had U-Verse, if that matters.

When I've changed modems and not routers my 360 stayed connected to the router but wouldn't connect to the internet either. Have you manually disconnected the 360 from the router and then tried reconnecting? Or used an ethernet cable to check connectivity?

This actually is a new router. And no, I haven't done the Ethernet test.

I don't know what to tell you then. You using the default password on the bottom of the router or have you made your own network name/pass?

I've made my own network password.....I'm pretty much stumped. I just hooked up an Ethernet cable - results soon.

ETA: It's installing an update....I'm on!

Looks like I'll leave it as a wired connection...thanks for your help. I do appreciate it.

If its possible you should hardwire the Ethernet cable straight to the box.

Also you may be entering the password correctly, but I believe it's case sensitive. Double check that.

Reset your router with a pen or paper clip. Hold it down for 10+ seconds.

If one of these doesn't work then you're on your own pal.
