The school district says the boys were punished because they were forwarding the photos and had them on their phones on school property. The girls punishment, so says the administration is that they have to live with the digital footprint that’s nearly impossible to delete.

This happened at MBS a couple years back...girl (8th grader) send pics to a boy (also 8th grader). He sent it out to his friends. From what I remember, she got in trouble and the rest didn't.
ETA: I don't see how it's considered child porn if it's other children that have it. Anybody know what the law says on that?

i saw the other day theres a website devoted to those nekkid pics. Has all of the uncensored pics up. Not real sure how old they are.

They gave pictures of naked girls to high school boys and they are punishing them for forwarding them?
That makes tons of sense.

Not surprising, the system is in place to frick the Males. From top to bottom the system is biased towards females, this just further proves that point.

I seem to remember a case not long ago where the girl who sent out the pics was the one punished for kiddie pr0n. Seems like that should be the case again.

It's the common course of action. I am somewhat surprised that they didn't charge the girls with manufacturing and distributing child pornography.
Not that I agree with charges against anyone in this case, except maybe against the police for being sexist.

had dinner with my mom last week and got into a whole ordeal about equality with her. she was in shock when i said the truth
"dont ask for equality and then want to be treated special, you cant have both"
all stemmed over a discussion about her getting her divorce. and me getting married

Can't tell if serious.
The 12 boys should not get into any trouble, the girls took and sent some of them/all of them the pictures. Penalize those girls.
Other than all twelve getting caught simultaneously SHOWING the pics why would they get hit with anything? They may have asked for the picture of the girl but didn't force it to happen, to me that's consent.
