Has the NFL ever been this quarterback heavy?

I'm aware that the league has shifted to a predominately passing game, but has there ever been another time when the NFL has had such a large quantity of solid quarterbacks?
Seriously, you really couldn't get that upset if any of the following were quarterbacking your favorite team. At the bare minimum, all of these guys are serviceable:
-Aaron Rogers *
-Tom Brady *
-Peyton Manning *
-Eli Manning *
-Drew Brees *
-Matt Schaub
-Russel Wilson
-Andrew Luck
-RG3
-Ben Roethligsberger *
-Joe Flacco *
-Tony Romo
-Colin Kapernick
-Jay Cutler
-Phillip Rivers
-Matt Ryan
-Matt Stafford
-Cam Newton
* = Super Bowl winner
That is 18/32 (give or take a couple). 7 of them have won Super Bowls. That is pretty remarkable in my opinion. Has there ever been another period where the NFL was the strong in quarterbacking?

I had this conversation talking to a friend about Fnatasy next year, and I agree. You can add Colin Kaepnernick to that list as well.
You also have younger guys, who aren't on the level of the guys you listed above, but teams aren't looking to replace (yet) such as Bradford, Freeman, Dalton, Ponder, Tannehill and Locker.

It's the evolution of football right now. More offenses in college and pros are focusing much more on the pass then the run. Which in the end will make the qb look better. Plus the way they have changed the rules have helped out the qbs and receivers big time. Also the amount of polishing these guys have before going to college is insane with the amount of qb camps and stuff that go on now for players.
