130.53 – Persistent sexual abuse | E Felony

Well, everyone in the future NYC will be buying .45 Acp pistols. I am sure death rates per shooting will increase because the government is incentivizing a bigger handgun caliber. Unitended consequences strikes again

Anyone with a criminal record because of mag capcity would be a travesty, unless they are a convicted felon.
In a world where attitudes are shifting toward punishing crimes harmful to society, NY is going backward.

Yes, laws are inconsistent. In other news, water is wet.
For example, there is no distinction made here between Sandusky inappropriately touching a young boy vs. a 21 year old teacher giving her 16 year old male student a handjob. Neither is appropriate obviously but lots of people on this board have wished they could be the guy in the latter situation.
