So its my understanding that you can use hk91/g3 parts on the Cetme. I am having trouble finding a stock and forend though. I would like a more modern quad rail and adjustable stock but i also I dont want to have to modify anything. I also would like to mount a scope on it. Do any of you guys have experience with this? I have done a little googling but everything seems vague and not many clear cut answers on what can be done. Any help or input is appreciated.

Well functionally its good. It tears up casings as with all cetmes and the variants. Aesthetically its meh. I have the wood furniture but its currently has a cheap synthetic set from cheaper than dirt on it. I would call it average. No rust or problems.
