Tuesday 2-19-13 SCOTUS will render opinion on Dr. Orly Taitz's suit to investigate Obamas illegal use of Mr. Bounel's SS#. Got this info from my friend who is into politics. Check out Dr. Taitz's website here..... LINK /

Still up in the air. The day is young. Five of nine justices did not receive briefs for last Fridays conference because clerks witheld evidence. Go figure. Taitz has another suit submitted to chairman of House Judiciary committee Goodlatte to investigate. This could get good quick.

Why is this even a SC issue?  It should simply be a criminal matter; either the number is legit...or it ain't!
Sounds more like a ruling on whether SOME PEOPLE are more above the criminal law...than OTHER people.
The SC will only uphold or undermine THEIR OWN CREDIBILITY; we all know how Obama will be judged. That *justice* is in the eye of the ideological beholder.
