Guys I need help with making this picture clearer if possible. I've been visiting this site a long time and know that if it can be fixed someone here can do it.
This is off of a security camera at my house and the guy is trying to get into my car. He didn't get into mine but went up the street and busted a window out of another car and stole some stuff.
