You have to have a paid GeauxZone account and pay for the LSU Sports Mobile app ($4.99 for the latter.) BUt be forewarned - the audio quality is horrible. Sounds like a transistor radio or something.
ETA: I'm hoping they resolve the audio quality. I don't remember it being so poor last year.

My Droid came with a generic radio app (not a 98.1 app), and you can tune to 98.1 and get the game on it just fine. Been listening for years, listening to it right now. Pretty sure you can do the same with the iPhone.

It just says "FM radio" and when you click it you can tune it. After seeing mine a friend got a similar one for his iPhone and it worked for him too, but I don't know which app he used.
