the idea of the all star game, etc. is great...the best of the best going at it. it could be something special each year. lebron getting excited to face kobe, durant, etc. I'd much rather watch a true battle of the greats than some stupid bounce pass dunk with no defense

in theory, some of them should care to show that they are better than others...the competition, etc...You're playing the game you love for a living. why not play hard?

The team that's up 19 is actually trying on defense. Says alot if the coach of the team can't even get these kids to try.
