Just an FYI. This may be silly but may help some people. I was trying to avoid turbtax's state fee so I was going to file online with LDR. Every time I would input my id verification it would tell me it was incorrect. So after reading the webpage fully there is an option to verify with driver license number and social so when I tried that it worked.
I had met all of the qualifications to verify the other way, but it would never work.
