I had Farmers for 22yrs in Califorina and 6yrs in Louisiana.Only needed them twice in 2011.They paid me thirty eight thousand for hail damage soon after the damage.Need to find another Ins. Co. soon,

Yep, lost them last July when i bought the new house. Switched to Imperial Fire & Casualty out if Opelousas

State Farm. If you can qualify for them, you'd be a fool not to go with them. You'd be a bigger fool to go with Allstate, especially in south Louisiana.

It is my understanding that Farmer's is pulling out of Louisiana. If you have them now, you wont in the near future!
