I say true especially if the 2014 class pans out the way we hope it does. Fournette, Brown, Paris, Jackson, and Willis

So many variables but I say yes if Cam Cameron manages to fix this offense and give it an identity. If we get the type of class I think we'll get this year, to go along with those two QBs last year and the continued excellence of our D, we'll be in the mix each year.

It still takes a lot of good fortune and a really special season considering we will continue to get fricked with the bridge schedule for as long as Birmingham can keep the charade going.

So LSU won't win another title until the 2014 class are seniors? I mean cmon dude. We'll be in contention every year.

if given the bet for $1000, i'd take the field against one team until 2017.

It's hard to say multiple - but, even harder to say none. It takes a lot of luck and good fortune to win one (unless your name is Bama - in which case the media, voters, and conference have your back). I would be able to confidently say 1.

I'd say 2015 is our next shot to win one with Cam developing our QB and him already having a year of experience. Our 2013 DL will be in their third year along with the secondary in their second and third years. We will also have very talented 3 and 4 year LBs on that side.

By this time we should have a bunch of tall, speedy WRs with Fournette and one other great RB accompanying him. Also we'll have athletic TEs and an OC who likes to use them.

I meant that the 2013-2014 will produce one national championship team, as opposed to two, not that ONLY 2014 will win one.

I see now that my post made very little sense.

Not sure where you're going with this. Would Miles being the coach (vs. whoever the next best option would be) make winning a NC easier or more difficult IYO?. . . Because he's the winningest coach in LSU history. Second to no one. IMO, that's a good thing, and an advantage in our pursuit of another national title.

Multiple is very hard to do unless you have the advantages Bama has. One is very possible but more is pushing the issue.

Depends on how many mulligans bama gets. They'll be in every playoff scenario, regardless of a loss or maybe even 2.
