Step up and TELL THE TRUTH! And scare the living bejesus out of all those who count on a check in the mail. I was listening to Rhince Preibus on Lou Dobbs...pathetic...firing blanks. No ideas.
If Conservatives would do just what the Libs have done for years, and start a virtual panic out there - which IS justified - re the exponentially increasing debt fueled by the 'tax and spend' Democratic Party...then why wouldn't that be the best strategy. If people thought that they would wake up one morning to an economic crash and NO CHECK...wouldn't they awake out of their irrational stupor. It would create a virtual firestorm focusing on the debt, and them that make it.
Yall know what we'll hear tonite. Unfillable promises...tax and spend. Inevitable crash. Would it work? Justifiable? Not a lie for sure. Worth a try?

Well none of these politicians want the inevitable collapse to happen on their watch, so it's not in their best interest to be honest. Just like lying to little children with things such as," it won't hurt when the dentist fixes your tooth". The parent knows full well it's going to hurt, but also knows the kid would jump out of the car if they knew what was coming.

I personally want the Republicans in the House to say frick it and adjourn, no qourum thus no action. They make thier cases back in thier districts.

So, Rev...what you are saying is that since it's an inevitable crash anyway...it won't matter if Obama piles on another 10T? Does it matter; I don't know?
One thing is for sure, if Conservatives played the 'fear' card...it would damn sure change the political/media dynamic!

I personally think its too late to rectify our financial situation and there isn't the will with politicians or the public at large to stomach the types of cuts that would be necessary to change the outcome. Plus the dire message that you want delivered could start panics and runs on banks that would expedite the calamity and possibly bring violence down on those bringing the message.

Epic troll, being epic...When Obama is done, he would have deficit spent more money than every President in History combined. Just how much did Bush add? I'm a Bush supporter, but he was miserable fiscally.
You have to look at things in relative not absolute terms.
