Over the course of two years got caught. Got good and drunk about this last night
She's a office mgr of a large property management company in Charleston, SC . Been there 10yrs
The worst part (to me) is the without even consulting me, she signed over a deed to a property we inherited together to save her arse
If I lawyer up, which I probably am, ill tie the property up in litigation for a long arse time and she claims they'll just go ahead and prosecute her
Probably the worst thing I've ever had to deal with. My only sister could force me to send her to prison basically

for real, though, they are going to prosecute her anyway, I would think. also, her signing over that deed, if it wasn't hers, does not give them good title, does it?
Damn, why did she need the money? She got a drug problem?
