Yeah, I guess you're right
this team doesn't need a ball handling SF who is able to generate his own offense

I mean, I dunno, we can do better than Turner.

I have him on my fantasy, and he has to be one of the most inconsistent players I've ever seen before. Looks like Jordan for 2-3 games, and then just totally disappears for 2-3 weeks.

He's alright, I just really think we should sit tight and see what other SF options come around in the next off-season/season

Not to mention his FG% is TERRIBLE. I mean, in his last 3 games he's 12-41 with like 4 TO a game

We can sit tight and wait for someone a lot better than Turner, IMO

I can see us moving Jsmoove or Lopez, but I don't see us moving Gravy.

I like Jennings, but he really doesn't work with EG and I would rather have Gravy/EG over Jennings/EG.

How long are you prepared to wait? This draft doesnt seem to be stacked with SFs, especially where the Hornets will be picking

The FA class is also SF thin

So do we wait till 2014? 2016? When does the waiting stop?

Turner's versatility could be huge for this team. Somebody who can log minutes at SG and SF, able to handle the ball well, which could take some strain off of Vazquez... and with Gordon, Anderson, and Davis(potentially) wont be counted on to score like he is in Philly.

And hes still only 24, with plenty of time to develop and grow with the young guys already here.

If theres a choice between waiting for the unknown, and Evan Turner... I think I side with Turner

I like Turner, but we'd probably have to send Gordon bc our biggest trade pieces don't fit with them.

Send Gordon

Recieve Turner, Spencer Hawes, Arnett Moultrie, 76ers 2013 1st rd pick

Let Hawes, Lopez, AD23, and Moultrie interchange at the 4 and 5 in the front court. Play Turner and RMjr at the 2 for now and target a SG in free agency (Iggy, Monta Ellis, Ginobil Mayo, Kevin Martin among the best available).

Use 2 high picks for BPA.

Trade Jason Smith for a backup 2.

Next season

PG Vazquez
SG Free Agent/Draft Pick
SF Turner
PF Davis/Anderson/Moultrie
C Lopez/Hawes/Davis/Moultrie

BOOM! Trade Machine!

Hornets gonna win the lottery
Take McClemore
draft CJ McCollum with Philly's pick

quote:

Next season

PG Vazquez/McCollum
SG Ellis/McClemore
SF Turner/AFA
PF Davis/Anderson/Moultrie
C Lopez/Hawes/Davis/Moultrie
